Budget Office
The Budget Office facilitates the identification and deployment of university resources to meet operational, strategic and capital priorities. The office is responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the university's operating budget and for the preparation of the annual Commonwealth appropriation request to the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Bursar’s Office
The Bursar's Office processes tuition payments and posts the most current tuition and fee rates. In addition to assisting students, the office assists university departments with depositing funds and receiving advances.
Controller’s Office
The Controller's Office is responsible for the development and implementation of university fiscal policies, general accounting procedures, internal control mechanisms and financial systems. The office is responsible for preparing all official external financial reports, processing all accounts payable transactions, and providing leadership and expertise on financial information, business practices, and related regulatory issues.
Digital Document Services
Digital Document Servies offers a variety of printing and copying services designed to meet the wide-ranging needs of the faculty, staff, students and administrative units of the Temple community.
Financial Administration & Planning
Financial Administration provides support to portfolio departments and facilitates the universitywide implementation of Responsibility Centered Management at Temple. This area also provides oversight for Digital Document Services, OWLcard and Diamond Dollars, Finance and Business Continuity, and Finance Web Administration.
Human Resources
Temple's Human Resources department strives to attract and retain a quality workforce. The department accomplishes this by providing exceptional core services that are integrated and strategically aligned to the teaching, research and social missions of the university. OWLcard & Diamond Dollars
The OWLcard is your official university ID and serves as a means to grant access to buildings, information and services. From the libraries to the TECH Center, to purchasing food or books with your Diamond Dollars; the OWLcard is a necessity of everyday campus life.
Risk Management & Insurance
The Risk Management department promotes safety and accident prevention; manages the protection of university assets, both human and financial; minimizes legal liabilities; and supports compliance with all federal and statutory regulations.
