Pre-Travel Application Form

Effective July 1, 2023, all faculty and staff University related domestic and international travel requests require approval through the Pre-Travel Application form available in TU Portal.

Travel and Expense Reimbursement

It is the policy of Temple University to reimburse travelers for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred during approved Temple Affiliated Travel. Procedures for Travel and Expense Reimbursement provides detailed information regarding travel reimbursement. World Travel is the university's travel management company. In accordance with the Travel and Expense Reimbursement procedures, all university air travel must be booked through World Travel or Concur. We encourage travelers to reach out to World Travel using the following methods:
