Eligibility & Enrollment
We’re looking for entrepreneurs who are ready to grow, improve their operations, and take on new opportunities.
This program is designed for:
- Businesses that serve industries aligned with Temple’s procurement needs (e.g., construction, custodial services, food service, printing, etc.)
- Owners who are actively managing their operations and want to level up
- Entrepreneurs who need guidance on licensing, documentation, or fiscal compliance
To be eligible, applicants must:
- Operate within the City of Philadelphia (residency preferred)
- Be a registered legal entity (LLC, Corporation, or sole proprietorship with fictitious name certificate)
- Have a valid business license, up-to-date liability insurance, and tax compliance
- Employ at least one staff member
- Maintain a business banking account
Enrollment Process:
- Submit an online interest form and eligibility checklist
- Participate in an enrollment interview and site visit
- Receive a compliance and capacity assessment
- Join the program cohort and begin receiving support
